Shipping policy.
All orders ship from our EU warehouse. UK delivery typically arrives in 5–7 business days. Shipping is free, with no upsell tier.
Where Kalmely ships from
Kalmely ships from a fulfilment partner based in the Netherlands. Inventory is quality-checked there before dispatch, and all UK-bound orders are pre-cleared for customs so there are no surprise duties on delivery.
Where we currently ship to
- United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) — 5–7 business days, free
- Republic of Ireland — 5–8 business days, free
- Other EU and rest of world: not yet available — join our waitlist on the homepage to be notified
How long does it take?
For UK addresses:
- Dispatch: within 24 hours of order (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends ship the next Monday.
- Transit: 4–6 business days from dispatch.
- Total: 5–7 business days from order to arrival, in most cases.
Highland and island deliveries (e.g. Outer Hebrides, Shetland) can take an additional 1–2 days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of placing your order. The link updates as your parcel moves through the carrier network. If 48 hours pass without a tracking link, please write to hello@kalmely.com.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order, regardless of bundle size. We do not offer a paid expedited tier — we believe a clear single-speed promise is more useful than a confusing tier selector at checkout.
Customs and duties
UK-bound parcels are pre-cleared at the EU side of the channel. You will not be charged customs duties or handling fees on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprises.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you don't have it, please check with neighbours and look for a "safe place" delivery photo (carriers often photograph the drop location). If the parcel is still missing 48 hours after the delivery notification, email hello@kalmely.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
If the parcel cannot be located, we will dispatch a replacement at our cost or refund you in full.
Damaged or incorrect items
If the box arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery if possible. If you've already accepted the parcel and the device inside is damaged, photograph the box and contents and email us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement and won't ask you to return the damaged unit.
Changes to delivery address
If you spot an error in your shipping address, contact us within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the warehouse has dispatched, we cannot reroute the parcel — but we will work with the carrier to redirect where possible.
