If Kalmely doesn't help, we'll refund you in full. You don't need to return the device — just write to us. The digital guide remains yours either way.

The 30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your Kalmely arrived to decide whether it works for you. If at any point in that window you'd like a refund, email us. We will refund the full price you paid to the original payment method within 5 working days.

The refund applies to the product purchase. The 30-Day Migraine Tracker digital guide remains yours — there is no return required for the PDF, and we don't ask you to delete or surrender it. You keep the device too, as below.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@kalmely.com from the address you used to place the order.
2. Include your order number (it starts with KAL-2026-…) — you'll find it on your confirmation email or thank-you page.
3. Tell us briefly why Kalmely didn't work for you. We use this feedback to improve the next iteration of the product — but you don't need to write more than a sentence.

We'll confirm the refund within one working day and you'll see the funds returned within 5 working days, depending on your bank.

What's not covered by the 30-day window

• Damage caused by misuse, dropping, water, or unauthorised disassembly.
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery (use the 12-month warranty path instead — see below).
• Bulk or wholesale orders (£500+) — handled case-by-case with a written agreement.

14-day statutory cancellation right

If you simply change your mind within 14 days of receiving your Kalmely (and have not used it), you have a statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In that case, you will need to return the unused device to us at your own cost. Once we receive it in saleable condition, we will refund you within 14 days.

For most customers, the 30-day money-back path is simpler — we recommend using it.

Standalone digital guide purchases ($29)

The 30-Day Migraine Tracker is also available as a standalone digital purchase at /ebook-only. The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies: email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund the $29 in full. The PDF remains yours — there is nothing for you to return or delete.

Faulty units (12-month warranty)

If your Kalmely develops a fault more than 30 days after delivery but within 12 months, you are covered by our manufacturer warranty. Email hello@kalmely.com with a short description and a photo or video of the issue. We will either replace the device or refund you, at our discretion.

Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this warranty.

Refund methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

• Credit/debit card: refund via Stripe — typically 3–5 working days.
• Klarna / Clearpay: we notify the provider; your instalment plan is cancelled and any payments already taken are returned to your card within 5–10 working days.
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: refund follows the card linked to your wallet.

Why we run this policy

Chronic migraine is unpredictable. Some people feel a difference in the first session; some take a few weeks of regular use; some find Kalmely isn't the right fit for their pattern. We'd rather you keep the device and try again on a different day than feel pressured to return it to claim your money back. If it ends up at the bottom of a drawer, that's still a better outcome than feeling that we held your money hostage.
