We collect the minimum we need to ship your Kalmely device, take payment, and answer your questions. We don't sell your data — to anyone, ever.

This is the privacy policy for Kalmely ("Kalmely", "we", "us", "our"), the maker of the Kalmely device sold at kalmely.com. You can reach us anytime at hello@kalmely.com.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

When you place an order:

• Your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number (collected at checkout for delivery and order updates)
• Order details — which pack you bought (1, 2, or 3 devices)
• Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number
• Order history, refund requests, and any support messages you send us

When you browse kalmely.com:

• IP address, browser type, device, and referring URL
• Pages viewed, pack selected, and items added to cart
• Cookie and pixel identifiers (see section 5)

What we never collect:

• Medical records, diagnoses, or any clinical or health information
• Your full payment card details — those go straight to Stripe and never touch our systems

Kalmely — The Cellular Reset is a wellness device for nighttime nasal comfort and relaxation. It is not a medical device and has not been evaluated by the FDA. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary, and our free guide is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. 3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill your order, ship your product, and send shipping and tracking updates
• Process refunds and handle our 90-Night Fair-Try Promise
• Answer your questions and provide customer support
• Detect and prevent fraud, and keep the site secure

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers we use to run the business:

• Stripe — processes payments in USD (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and Amazon Pay). Stripe has its own privacy policy.
• Resend — sends our transactional emails, such as order confirmations and shipping notifications.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API — measures the performance of our ads. We may share order and event data with Meta to attribute and improve advertising.
• Microsoft Clarity — provides anonymized session analytics (heatmaps and aggregate session recordings) so we can understand how the site is used and improve it.
• Shipping and fulfillment partners — receive your name and shipping address so we can pack and deliver your order and provide tracking.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Cookies and trackers

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential: remember your cart, keep the site working, and complete checkout. The site won't function properly without these.
• Analytics: Microsoft Clarity helps us understand which pages and packs get the most attention, using anonymized data.
• Advertising: the Meta Pixel uses cookies including _fbp and _fbc to measure ad performance and show you our products on platforms you already use.

We use reputable providers and industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. Payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe, and we limit access to personal data to what is needed to run Kalmely. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

7. How long we keep it

• Order and payment records: kept as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle guarantees, and meet tax and accounting requirements
• Support messages: kept while we help you and for a reasonable period afterward
• Marketing email lists: until you unsubscribe, after which we suppress your address so we don't contact you again
• Cookie and pixel identifiers: kept for the lifetime of the cookie, then expire automatically

8. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email hello@kalmely.com and we'll respond promptly. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your local laws (such as the right to opt out of certain sharing). To exercise any of these rights, just email us.

9. Children's privacy

Kalmely is sold to adults only — you must be 18 or older to order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
