Terms of sale.

These are the terms on which Kalmely sells the Kalmely device through kalmely.com. They are written in plain language and apply to both parties when you place an order.

1. The contract

When you place an order through kalmely.com, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfill your order — for example, if a pack is out of stock — we will refund you in full and no contract will come into being.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By completing checkout you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the payment details you provide belong to you or are used with the cardholder's permission.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on kalmely.com are shown in US dollars (USD, $). Our current pricing is: 1 device for $54.95, 2 devices (save $39.95) for $69.95, and 3 devices (save $64.90) for $99.95. Free U.S. shipping is included on every order, with no minimum.

We accept payment in USD through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and Amazon Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may amend prices from time to time, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed.

4. One-time purchases — no subscriptions

Every Kalmely device order is a one-time purchase. We do not offer subscriptions or auto-renewing plans, and we will never charge your payment method again unless you place a new order yourself. Free gifts shown with a pack (such as the 10-Minute Cushion Release Guide e-book) are included with that order at no extra charge.

5. Shipping and delivery

Kalmely ships across the United States with free, tracked shipping on every order — no minimum. We process orders within 1–3 business days, and typical delivery is a few business days after that. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please let us know within a few days of delivery and we'll make it right.

6. Canceling an order before it ships

If you change your mind before your order has shipped, email hello@kalmely.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, the money-back guarantee below applies.

7. Our 90-Night Fair-Try Promise

We stand behind the Kalmely device with a 90-night, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not happy within 90 nights of your order, simply email hello@kalmely.com to claim — gently used devices are fully covered. You do not need to return anything — you keep the device(s) and any free gifts.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of approving your request.

8. Liability

We take responsibility for foreseeable losses caused by our failure to meet these terms or by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or business interruption arising from your use of the product.

9. Marketing communications

Placing an order does not automatically sign you up for marketing email. We'll only contact you about your order unless you opt in to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every marketing email.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally — for example, to reflect new payment options or shipping arrangements. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the site at the time you placed it. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current public version.
